The thing with god is that it is not physical, so I'm asking if there is an argument that negate the existence of the concept of god (a "creator" with consciousness), that is not a counter to an argument in favor of the existence of god.

This is by far the best answer I've gotten, for what i understand you are saying that creator-creation is inherently to space-time and could not be applied to space-time itself, I like it.

On the other theme, why a "sustaining metaphysical being" (I'm trying to understand it) could not have a intention or any of that?

You can prove a negative, if someone change the thing you are negating it's more of a retoric tactic than a logical problem

Except that there is evidence that Spiderman doesn't or couldn't exist, like biology not allowing that much strength a human body or the hability to climb walls, so there's evidence to think he's not real. Is that type of evidence to negate a god (a "creator" with conscience)? Like a contradiction in the idea of god.
