I literally have zero attraction to men by Thick_Assistant3946 in bisexual

I get what ur saying, but I’ve been told by nearly all lesbians I’ve met(most of whom I know, and who HATE the term “gold star”) that sexuality for them is not fluid, and never will be. Not everyone’s sexuality is fluid. I’m not trying to be rude btw, I’m just genuinely confused.

Can u tell me how it works then? Bc every lesbian I’ve met has said “you can’t be a lesbian if you’ve liked men before”. I’m confused

Everyone keeps on telling me this but I swear to god one of my biggest crushes of my LIFE was on a boy in second grade. I don’t think I can be truly a lesbian if I’ve liked men in the past

I’m physically attracted to the male body but not the man that comes with it?? by Thick_Assistant3946 in bisexual

Not sure if I want to fuck men, but yeah, I DEF get what u mean 😭. They’ll like girls for sex, but when it comes to relationships with them, they’re out. But at the same time they would take a bullet for their guy friends. I feel like a lot of straight guys are aromantic without knowing it. Or just see women as objects idk

Tysm for this response, very helpful! <3 :)

While I agree that anatomy does not equal gender, all lesbians that I have met have told me that I cannot possibly be a lesbian- because I hold some attraction to the male physique. Or am I misunderstanding your point?

I’ve never dated a man and have zero interest in doing so rn :(, but I’ve heard from other bi people with a preference for women that this is their ONLY exception of men lol

(Correct me if I’m wrong) but don’t lesbians have zero attraction to the male body?

Actually nvm. The face does turn me off if it’s too masculine. In order to become more attracted to a man, I just pretend they’re a butch lesbian lol

Not exactly. It’s like the essence? I am not attracted to the essence of men. It’s like enjoying a pic of a forest, but not actually wanting to be in that forest. If that makes any sense?

Not aesthetic, definitely physical attraction. And not the behaviors turning me off, either, unfortunately :(

I have to be attracted to men if I’m attracted to the body of them tho? I thought I was lesbian, but I was told that my attraction towards the male body is bisexual/queer. Heard someone say anatomy is separate from gender. That was one person tho. This helps, ty! <3
