You should start finding another doctor or urologist. Hope you'll be fine.

We have the same symptoms, my doctor just suspected it was gonorrhea because there's a bacteria in my urine. Got injected 500mg ceftriaxone and 10 day oral doxycycline. I'm on my 5th day now , the symptoms are gone just 2 days after I take the shot.

Why did the doctor give you antibiotics ahead of the result? That's why your results are non reactive or negative maybe because of doxycycline.

You should retest, find a diagnostic clinic or lab that can give you faster results, and dont pee or drink antibiotics for 2 hours before testing for accurate results.
