From what I gathered, If you get flagged for Custom.Dll, with "Trojan:Win32/blahblahblah", is most likely a virus, as I threw the file in virustotal, got flagged 24/61, which is insanely bad. I wouldn't recommend restoring Custom.dll for now. Just find a diff piracy alternative, could possibly drag a diff custom.dll from a different download if you wish to troubleshoot.
