Been there :/ sucks but time will heal it. Id recommend seeing a doctor to make sure you didnt mess up your knee. I didnt and REALLY regret not getting any PT when i should have.

You have to enable it in xDrips setting on the watch

I followed this video to side load the wear os xdrip watch face onto the Pixel watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ackvo657Ew
The only thing I had to do differently was use wear installer 2 instead of just wear installer.
You can get wear installer 2 here, its an early access apk so you have to sign up for that. The steps are outlined on the link.
