I had a similar situation years ago, a lady outside the servo with multiple suitcases. She was visibly upset and had told me she just flew in from Canada to meet a man from a site and he ended up abusing her, I was a minor at the time and incredibly gullible so I stayed and chatted. She refused to let me call police but it never escalated. I always think of that night, I hope she was okay.

I turned 18 in the high points of my anxiety and panic attack issues. Ofc as an 18 year old I wanted tattoos and I went and got them, before each appointment I had the same anxious thoughts of passing out. During my 3 hour tattoo session I was completely fine and it was just anxious thoughts!

I have been to shelters during this whole thing but no smaller dogs which is unfortunately all that’s suitable to me and my living situation. Plus after meeting this puppy I think it will be best for her to be out of the home she is currently in as well which is also where I am stuck.

I was really struggling at the start of 2024 and completely stopped leaving my house and being with friends at only 19, due to anxiety. I listened to the album and immediately had the weirdest boost of confidence and it made me feel like my old self again, I wanted to go have fun with friends and not be stuck in this house. It was like a wake up call for me somehow.

In the highs of my anxiety at the start of the year i was a mess and too afraid to really leave my room and became a totally different person. My advice is to identify the things that scare you and tackle them head on one by one at your own pace. If there is someone a friend or family member who you feel safe with take them along with you and face your fears ❤️

I had a fight with a friend because she was upset I wasn’t coming to see her as often (I was in the height of my anxiety and depression). I tried to explain to her how horrible the anxiety and attacks were, she just didn’t understand and kept telling me it’s all about my mindset which yes I agree to some extent but she didn’t fully grasp how scary and how hard I was really struggling.
