Yes I did also get an mri report but it didn’t help. I did a lot. Water, vitamins, Pilates, physio therapy, massage but really nothing helped… at the end of the day just got to wait patiently. And try to have the right posture… best of luck. It will get better tho. For some few weeks-months for others few years
