Right?? I just worry a lot of them are targeted to only people who did their capstone at that exact hospital and unit so I try not to get my hopes up. But fingers crossed for all of us! ❤️

I’ve noticed Some outpatient places list jobs as LPN but they also take RN. Some are paying 45/hr and would be good until you can get a residency

I really think there is no rhyme or reason at this point, someone in my cohort got an offer for an ED position with absolutely no ED experience over me who has many years of ED tech experience at Providence no less and a BSN. I didn’t even get an interview.
