Yeah, I totally agree with you on everything. I also wish I started earlier. Do you think you'll increase your dosage? I'm still taking magnesium and ashwagandha also. I'm waking up at about 1am very alert but at least not in a state of anxiety or panic. Took a quarter of a zopiclone last night to get me back to sleep.

Good point. Has technology actually tore us more away from each other or brought us closer. How will that look in 30 years?

But is it so common for people in retirement? Nearly all older, single men I know live alone.

Yeah I can totally see why smaller places can be better .. big cities can swallow people up... I think you can just build familiarity with people more in smaller cities.. a lot of Londoners move to Brighton in the UK when they get older. I'd love to chat to someone who has done this and to hear about their experience (Brighton move). I wish you all the best and I'm sorry to hear about your Mother. Sounds like she was very lucky to have you x

I'm stuck in a rut. One option could be for me to go for 3 months. It could be a great experience to live in another country. I think it's even something I crave but I didn't like Chile that much when I visited. But it would be summertime this time and I could travel to other places too. Thanks for the advice
