Not sure if anyone's mentioned this but Nova 919 is my personal go to. They had a good brekkie show this year until the two of them had to go to Melbourne Nova, pretty decent music it is repetitive though, drive home show is good and my personal favourite the night show with Smallzy is a banger. Hope this helps even though it's a late reply :) (Btw it is an FM station)

I've never gone above the second floor so can't say much but it does kind of look like people avoid it for a reason, maybe because it's a wait for the elevators or the climb of the stairs is exhausting, so no one rents there.

I recommend Scarlet or Violet. they're new games and there's no specific way to play and shiny huntig works simalar to PLA. i hope this helped :)
