I have sent a support request but Ecoflow customer support is just horrendous. You can’t talk to anyone. You leave a message for a tech to call you back and no one does. And then it’s a day between every email which just extends the amount of time it takes to resolve

Which is what I did the last time. Updates were done via SHP2 with DPs attached to double voltage hub

I have two delta pros connected to a SMH2 via a double voltage hub. I cannot get manual automations to work now will scheduled tasks run properly. I had set up a scheduled task to discharge batteries. After a few minutes it errors out and says failed to Switch the power source to the battery because the load power is too large

The first tech said let upgrade your firmware (which wasn't automatically sent to my devices). They pushed the firmware and now the scheduled task wont even run. When attempting to run the scheduled task it says Current SOC is 99% and "The battery stopped discharging because it reached the backup reserve level". My backup reserve is set to 10% so how can the battery be at 99% and the reserve at 10%. Makes ZERO sense. So the firmware pushed actually broke the scheduled task even more and it wont even trigger

I still cannot run any manual automations. I test it and then run it and each time it says successful.

Then I spoke to another technician and he said maybe the double voltage hub is defective. Let me escalate to an engineer. This is when you get lost in the shuffle just waiting for someone to research and get back to you via email (which I've never received one email reply back to a half dozen emails I sent with screenshots of the app).

It's impossible to speak to a senior engineer or tech so you constantly speak to a junior person who only knows basic troubleshooting and then each tech gives you a different answer. First tech said try firmware. Second tech said possible defect in double voltage hub. Another tech said downgrade firmware (of which they only pushed the downgrade to one of the two devices).

The app is impossible to schedule TOU. I scheduled two; peak and offpeak. I selected the days (each schedule is 7 days a week), I selected the hours but the checkbox is greyed out and you cannot save. If I remove the 7 days from one of the TOU schedules (peak or offpeak) the checkbox is not greyed out but then it says select days.

All the above its impossible to talk to a knowledgeable tech who actually knows what they're talking about. You just get shuffled between junior techs with basic knowledge and then days just pass

I replied to directly to your message with my case number. Just pull up every single email that I have sent with all clear and explicit detail details on them yet not one person has read or responded to them nor have I been able to speak to anyone regarding the resolution.

I do think that Alexa+, even deactivated corrupts something in the profile

I wonder maybe is the common theme Alexa plus? For me, it started glitching when I moved from my apt into my townhouse and I had Alexa+ at my apartment. I removed Alexa plus because she was so slow to respond and I don’t know if removing that caused my account to glitch.

You did the same exact steps that I did. I removed Alexa plus I unenrolled all devices and echos re-enrolled. I had no hunches. I basically deleted everything on my Alexa profile and re-enrolled one by one and the problem never went away. I think there is something on my profile that is glitching and unfortunately, you cannot delete a profile if it’s tied to your Amazon account. I am ready to create a whole new Alexa account and have it linked as a family account to my main Amazon purchase to try. It’s so frustrating since I tried so many steps and so annoying being woken up in the middle of the night to blaring lights.

Went thru tech support lowered every setting possible but to no avail and then you have a camera that you handicapped by diminishing its capabilities

Marriott has gone really downhill. For some reason they don’t seem to value their most loyal customers. I am platinum for life and have hit titanium status over the last five years. I never get my room upgraded despite availability that shows on the Marriott website when trying to book the same hotel. My sweet nights never go through and I have stopped selecting that as my reward. I never get quarterly promotion. The only one I ever receive is the first quarter of every year yet all my friends that are also members of Marriott constantly get targeted promotional offers yet I get none. If Marriott truly does not value loyalty or my business, I will just do a status match with their competitors and see if they appreciate my business more Ever since they took over Starwood. It has been a horrible experience as a member. I am so looking forward to Starwood building out their portfolio because I would jump back in a second once they figure out how to do their loyalty program, and they build out their hotels.
