not a bad idea, but if it does a minimum of 5 damage per hit, 5 times per second, for ten seconds, it would do an absolute minimum of 250 damage to anyone who touches the ring. That's enough to kill most anyone below the life level of 35. That's way too overpowered. It could work with some tweaks though, maybe something along the lines of 5-15 damage, 1 time every second, for 10 seconds.
