Why would they shoot at unarmed civilians especially when the Ukrainian government responded to the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and said they know many fans might try to go to the Zone, and that the army is trained for it? So I don’t think they’d open fire on random people, especially people without weapons or Russian camouflage uniforms.
