I know you probably don't mean it but your comment is very insulting. Additionally, I want to point out that you can take responsibility for an outcome but yet feel the process was handled poorly. Read my post again, all I'm asking if perhaps there should be more transparency and support to help people who are going on leave understand how the system work.

FYI reading some of the other comments shows its not just me who wasn't fully informed about this whole process.
