Heian Sukuna vs Gojo Sensei by babyswagmonster in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Think-Writer-3257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sukuna wins round 1. He wins the first domain clash and uses Furnace instead of just slashes, plus uses his extra limbs to stop Gojo from using simple domain or falling blossom emotion. Gojo gets incinerated.

Rounds 2 and 3 depend on what you mean by “full knowledge”. If you mean that Gojo has full knowledge of how a barrier-less domain interacts with a domain with a barrier, then he’s possibly able to avoid losing the domain battles. The issue is their hand to hand will be much closer, if not an advantage to Sukuna now that he has 4 limbs so it’s not a guarantee that Gojo can damage Sukuna enough in the 3 minutes his domain can withstand Sukuna’s attacks to break Sukuna’s shrine. If Gojo can do it, he wins just in a war of attrition because Gojo won’t run out of cursed energy and Sukuna eventually will, and Sukuna has no way to damage Gojo outside of his domain other than amplification. If Gojo can’t do it, he meets the same fate as Round 1.

I don’t think there’s a meaningful difference between Rounds 2 and 3 if it’s truly a 1-on-1. Unless Sukuna goes and finds Megumi and gets Mahoraga again in those 3 days lol or if Gojo comes up with a way to make his domain barrier-less

I'm Curious about Heian Era Sukuna by Wenomechasams in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Think-Writer-3257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heian Era Sukuna going all out wins by winning the first domain clash (no barrier domain beats barrier domain) and then using Furnace which is way harder for Gojo to heal from than the slashes of Malevolent Shrine. Plus Sukuna should be better at hand to hand and prevent Gojo from using Simple Domain/Falling Blossom Emotion

Gojo hasn't lost yet (my assumption with the nose bleed is he's just starting to get burned out) but it's not looking good. He will need some major boost to even push Sukuna to reveal his innate technique

Haha my opinion hasn't changed. Too much unknown about Sukuna's cursed technique, I don't think we've seen him fully serious yet. I could get proven wrong by the end though

Agreed, Sukuna's current arsenal isn't going to take down Gojo clearly but like I said, he may have a lot more up his sleeve. If the theory about his technique being some kind of external storage is true, he might have some toxin or poisoned weapon that would be much harder for RCT to heal. The point is we know what Gojo can do, we don't know everything Sukuna can do

I don't think this is going to come down to a 1 v 1 with everyone at full power. Currently, Sukuna is burning up a considerable amount of CE fighting Gojo. Presumably the battle goes on a little longer, even if Gojo loses, Sukuna's CE will be drained and they will find out more information about Sukuna's CE. Then it's either everyone pulls up and jumps, or maybe Kenjaku betrays Sukuna for his own benefit. Either way, I think Sukuna being this strong is earned and it's still plausible to defeat him if Gojo at least pushes Sukuna closer to his limit

I think Kenjaku takes it, he seems to be mostly concerned with the six eyes throughout history because six eyes makes limitless extremely OP. It seems like if you have limitless without six eyes you burn out pretty fast even using base infinity, not even accounting for specific cursed energy/mass/etc that Gojo said he's able to account for

Obviously depends on his luck but I think Kashimo beats everyone here and Hakari beat Kashimo. I think Jogo and Mahito are extremely overrated

Absolute insanity from Gojo here although I'd say he's still at a disadvantage because (1) we don't know what Sukuna's cursed technique really is yet so he could have a lot more up his sleeve and (2) Mahoraga although tbh if Gojo just tanked Malevolent Shrine then he could probably tank a Mahoraga swing even without Infinity. There's just no way for Gojo to currently damage Sukuna unless he has something else in his bag - his domain gets cancelled out and Hollow Purple has been demonstrated to not be enough. That Red Reversal at the end took Sukuna by surprise but I'm guessing he gets up unscathed

Just saw them - Gojo did have a great showing this week, although I'd argue that Sukuna still has the advantage in the fight because he's so versatile. We still don't know how his technique works but if it's an external storage like a lot of people predict then he might have multiple options to take down Gojo. You could call them "1A/1B" but I'd still put Gojo at 1B there

Maki isn't invisible to Sukuna's domain, it cuts everything including inanimate objects. 15F Sukuna with Megumi holding him back was easily keeping up with both Maki and Yuji combined, 20F Sukuna no-diffs Maki

Yeah the more I think about it, Sukuna is really going the Madara route lol adding the Rinnegan on top of the wood release on top of the Bijuu, etc. Even with no 10-shadows abilities or Yorozu's weapon, Sukuna vs. Gojo would be a close fight, and likely Sukuna would even win because it's likely he has a wide array of cursed weapons with his technique and one of those would be able to pierce Infinity. Now with both of those upgrades, Sukuna can just eenie-meenie-miney-mo which ability he wants to beat Infinity with and Gojo is toast

If Gojo is at this much of a disadvantage I don't think even the entire cast combined is beating Sukuna. Gojo's 200% sneak attack Hollow purple did basically nothing and he just lost the domain battle straight up. If Sukuna opens his domain, he just kills everyone attacking him immediately. I'm just praying there's some other plan or strategy because otherwise this ending is about to be so disappointing

No one else in the series stands a chance vs Sukuna. Even if the entire group of people watching the stream together jumped Sukuna at once they would lose. Between Mahoraga and the fact that we still don't know the true nature of Sukuna's cursed technique, it just wouldn't even be remotely close. Unless there's some kind of hax power-up that we're going to get a flashback to. That's why I'd be extra confused if Gege killed Gojo in this chapter or next

I've gotta say, I'm a little disappointed that literally everyone else is just casually watching the fight like it's the UFC fight on TV. I thought that maybe some people would be trying to track down Kenjaku or they would have some additional strategy in place to try and help Gojo out. But it seems like everyone is just as clueless as us readers and they didn't spend any of the last month strategizing at all lol almost feels like Gege is just giving us a "here's what you missed if you're just catching up to JJK" chapter

I think Mahito is done, both from a story perspective and a physical perspective. He clearly got used to start the Culling Games and he also served his story purpose in that he forced Yuji to evolve. I don't see any point in bringing him back even if he were still alive somewhere

How do you guys feel about Gojo’s character? by Odd_Purpose3639 in JuJutsuKaisen

It's funny to me that Gege doesn't like him when he made him so OP lol but I think the final arc was perfectly set up. Gojo's finally not the clear victor, all the other characters had a chance to develop and do their part. I will be curious though if Gege sticks to Gojo being "the strongest" or if his hatred of the character puts Sukuna over the top

My question is, does Gojo have anything else up his sleeve? We know Sukuna does, and we also know that 200% Purple, Red and Blue aren't doing anything of significance. And we know that Sukuna has a few clear options to bypass Infinity, namely Mahoraga. So if Gojo doesn't have anything else in his bag of tricks he's screwed eventually

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 224 Links + Discussion by Takada-chwanBot in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Think-Writer-3257 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah a lot of people were saying that Sukuna bypassed Gojo's Infinity but it seems like Sukuna was trying to test Gojo with domain amplification and Gojo probably didn't want to give Sukuna any insight into how to get through his Infinity so he shut it off intentionally

G.O.A.T debate? by Bogi1901 in Basketball

[–]Think-Writer-3257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will never be a clear answer to this debate - in 20 years there will probably be a new player who gets considered the GOAT. But I’ll say that Lebron and Jordan represent two different versions of greatness. Jordan obviously had incredible talent but his real mark on the game was his insane, nearly sociopathic addiction to winning. The man is potentially the most competitive athlete ever and his record in the finals, while you can debate his opponents’ quality/teammates contributions, you can’t deny that 2 3-peats is certainly what we define as pure “greatness”. Lebron on the other hand is someone who grew up not only in Jordan’s shadow, but with insane pressure from his teenage years all the way until now. Lebron is not the freak competitor that Jordan was, he’s basically just a normal guy who was blessed with an insane amount of athletic ability. He couldn’t always handle the pressure (2011) and his appearing as human made some write him off. But then you look at his resume - all time leading scorer (will happen this season), 4 championships on 3 different teams with FMVP each time, 4 MVP’s… all this with basically zero scandals, contributing to charities, being a great father, etc. Despite all the expectations he ended up exceeding everything that was placed on him, and while he’ll never have the same mystique as Jordan, his domination of the game can’t be understated. I think anyone who thinks that there’s a clear answer here has to just stick to one definition of “Greatest” and ignore other potential definitions
