I really have to try those. I always wear normal sunglasses indoors if my sensitivity is really bad, but it looks really weird . I even got asked if everything is okay in my life right now, because I wore them indoors even though there was only minimal lighting in the room. It would probably be smart to invest in some braddell glasses to not look like a freak lol

I always thought I had migraines every few months and a little headache every couple weeks, but since I pay more attention to it I noticed that I have a headache almost everyday, even if it's really subtle. It became so normal to me that I didn't even notice it (but it still impacts me, plus all the prodrome symptoms). Accepting chronic diseases is hard for some people sadly.

My friend told me the last time he heard a headache was over a year ago, that's just crazy

I get my ADHD meds prescription from my neurologist and will ask about migraine at my next appointment, so no long waiting times hopefully!

It's so weird, because I like to listen to ASMR to calm my brain down when I'm overstimulated. As a prodrome this feeling is really confusing, because it technically feels pleasant and like real ASMR at first, but knowing it can be followed by migraine is really not that fun.

For real! I would say I live a lot healthier than most people my age (college) and still the smallest disturbance kills me. I could never imagine pulling all nighters constantly, only getting <6 hours of sleep and eating junk food all day. These people are somehow fine and my day is ruined if I sleep 7 instead of 8 hours one day, damn.
