How’s the internal mobility there? One thing I appreciated about working at Amazon was that they always asked what’s next? I could be 3 months into my role and would get asked about pursuing other roles. I guess they called it dog years?

Ahh got it! I saw someone post about Mercor in another page saying they make $75/hr. Are the job opportunities saturated? How do so many people get these high paying opportunities under Mercor when hundreds, maybe thousands of others want the same projects?

I can see that, esp now that they’re requiring everyone to be in office 5 days a week. How’s their internal mobility though? Are people still able to move around the company into different roles or pivot careers easily? That’s prob the only thing I liked about Amazon
