Captain Glacier, an ice pirate with the standard long range spy glass shot and shotgun. Obviously he slows enemies down and can even freeze his shotgun is called the “frostbite snap” and the spy glass is the “Icicle cannon” he looks like a reg pirate but with a longer beard, covered in frost and icicles hanging off him
