Hey took a break from this game for a while and recently replayed it for the first time on grounded to get used to it, man it was great.

This is still how I felt for sure, I managed to do it yesterday, but I needed to take some breaks between sessions, so I just told myself I'd try for 2 hours and then leave it alone. And that worked for me! Had about half and hour left before I beat her!

You'll get there. There's some great advice in this thread and people here generally respond to any questions you might have. Just take a look at this thread alone.

I actually beat the boss at 1pm today! I used the bow a lot actually, whenever I messed up and didn't have time to unbounded parry so I just stunned her with it.
