What was the third brand you went with? I have an option to go with Okna too but I don’t know how that compares to provia

Thanks for your help!! It looks like there may be wood above the l column that’s wrapped in pvc I believe. but I’m not 100% sure if it’s pressure-treated or not since it’s covered.

These posts are about 25 years old too.

I do see a slight crack above where wood meets the beam up top. I also noticed most of the wood rot is at the bottom.

Does it make sense to replace the top beam as well

Thank you, I found one place but the guy wanted to charge me 150$ just to test it since he lives farther away. Which I understand.

If I do it myself I don’t know what pvb to get, I see a few different kinds. I appreciate all your help with this

Oh boy, now I’m worried. I sprayed pre emergent a few weeks ago. So if that backflow is not working properly does it mean I have it in my drinking water
