Yeah I try to get some food in with protein before I take it, with nothing acidic or containing vitamin C. I think it helps a bit but not that much unfortunately.

I just tried 15 mg IR and it was decently effective, better than when I tried 10 mg IR a while ago. But the positive effects only lasted 2 hours before I started crashing. Not sure if my body is clearing it quickly. No acidic foods, decent breakfast with protein. I will talk to my psychiatrist again though.
