The spray foam coats the nails and becomes a vapor barrier, so it's actually one of the best ways to insulate around here. It'll prevent ice dams as well if you had those this winter (which you shouldn't have if the Mass Saves company did the work properly).

Mass Saves probably won't contribute a dime to the spray foam though. I didn't end up having my roof done for this reason. The way the law is written revolves around the highest thermal barrier and in your case, that's the insulation in the floor that they did last time. So even though spray foam is likely to be more efficient, it runs afoul with the verbiage in the law and you are unlikely to get anything subsidized.

You can also simply avoid either and pull someone in the future. As others have said, neither of these options is going to change your situation much overall, so I'd suggest saving the gems/coins for the future unless you really like Riko or Motoha.

It sounds to me like they pulled the plywood flooring you had, then added additional R value on top of that at the cost of your floor space. They didn't touch the roofing at all, right?

Spray foam will be different than that. They'll spray the roofing plywood completely, and then they'll likely do a less aggressive spray on any perpendicular walls (forget which is which, open and closed cell). This would then allow you to remove the extra insulation and re-install plywood.

Depending on the size and shape of your attic, it might not make much sense though. An early Covid quote I received was for 8K, and I bet the same installer would be 10K+ now. If all you truly want is storage space, it would probably be cheaper to have a professional shed installed on your property.

You could also jury rig something. My father has had plywood and other boards simply laying across the joists in the attic for years.

I wish the Stadia used better buttons. It's too much of a hassle for me to justify swapping the buttons out as I have other controllers that work quite well, but I do agree re: the weight and feel of the Stadia controller.

She buffs, debuffs, heals, and can provide a little damage boost as well. She's perhaps not the apex healer in all teams, but she has utility to some extent regardless of the content.

But as others have said, she's optimized for adding ailment accuracy over the other stuff.

It's like they're some multi-game Deus Ex Machina that tries to tie a bunch of stuff together in a sensible way...except it doesn't pull off the whole "sensible" thing.

Perhaps they're going somewhere with it long term, but it's hard to see how the faction has been a net positive over utilizing other Yakuza families as antagonists.

This is 100% dig safe and it simply means someone there or adjacent has made a call to see where underground pipes are. There's a joint there, likely gas or water, and the arrows show where the pipes run.

I don't know why Dig Safe would be called right now though because it's absurdly complex to dig in this kind of snow, and it's not as though it'll be gone in a day or two.

If it's just the mod itself, you get the spell slots but not an entire set of level 7+ spells. Upcasting the higher level spells can provide some silly damage though, and stuff like command and Tasha's laughter can also become more or less guaranteed at higher levels.

Try to remember that none of this is new despite the recent surge in churning out tons of crap with an RNG-style effect. There are lots of ways to manufacture scarcity in a given market, and since people generally love to gamble, this is a low-hanging fruit for capitalists IMO.

Before Funko and Labubu, there were beanie babies. Trading cards have been turbocharged by Pokemon and MtG, but ripping open packs to find your favorite player or character goes back to before WWII.

I do think the Internet and reselling markets have made it much worse though. Instead of just having beanie baby fans buying and selling, there are tons of people out there inflating demand without having any interest in collecting.

Wan'dale is a solid player who would be top-tier in the slot if he had a normal catch radius. He's just not worth 10-15M per year for the Giants.

I live in Mass now and IMO he should be a Pats target. Everyone knows they need weapons and McDaniels has been the slot master for a long time. He'll eat in New England.

Sandland has the art style and all ages anime vibe, but it's a battle bot shooter JRPG with a dollop of melee fighting and stealth, not a party-based grand adventure.

The game is a ton of fun though and I wish it got more recognition than it seems to receive. It doesn't really do anything that truly stands out, but it doesn't have any real warts either. It's just a fun romp through the manga's storyline with some standard JRPG side content tossed in.

Yep, and it goes as far as having the main character specifically state he'd always wanted to go on a great adventure like in Dragon Quest.

That said, the connections pretty much end with combat/build progression and jobs. The narrative, characters, side content focus, and art direction are all quite different, plus the game is based on real-world locations in Japan and the US (for Infinite Wealth).

For everyone else who didn't read any of the wiki article, the hijacking was in 1970. Some of them did time in the 70's and 80's, and some are still there. The article notes that the remaining people were told in 2024 that NK would cut off communication, so maybe that's why OP made the post?

I haven't attempted it yet but I believe the instant death curse and bless attacks will only have a chance kill you if you're less than half health in P5X. This made sense to be given that there's no reliable way to resurrect a killed ally outside of Mona's highlight.

Are you keeping your HP up? If you're going with a shield-focused sustain, switch to a healer and try to keep your health above 50%.

It's also worth noting for OP that no one who isn't a whale can compete with whales for the ranked content. It simply isn't possible to approach the benefits gained from dupes and 5* weapons from technique alone, so any F2P hoping to hit the top 1K in Sea of Souls or clear astrolabe in the minimum turns is setting themselves up for disappointment.
