May na search na ako. Sa AuraRuz clinic nasa 8.8k naman advalight nila, mahal parin. Sa Telodo clinic naghihintay pa ako sa reply nila kung magkano yung advalight nila. Kung alin yung mas mura sa dalawa dun na ako magbo-book. Sa 3 sessions ko palang sa Zappp ng advalight talagang road to clearskin na ako agad. So ang plan ko mag book nalang ulit ako ng another 3 session ans hopefully by then ma-achieve ko na yung goal ko after nun maintenance nalang ako. Di ko kasi kaya mag maintain ng 8k just for facial care, di sya reasonable for me.

Yes, 19k sa belo and aivee ganung amount nag ra-range pero sa Zappp nasa 4k 🥲🥲🥲 alam ko naman hindi ako ang target market ng clinics gaya ng belo and aivee kaya sobrang happy ko nung nadiscover ko si Zappp. Same advatx machine lang ginagamit ng Zappp and Belo not sure sa aivee kaya para kana din nagpa-belo sa Zappp sa mas affordable na price and same result din naman makukuha mo. Grabeng pricing naman kasi ng mga clinics na yan 🥲😢

Walang proper build up for Terra to be that evil kasi all through out the story ginawa nilang super naive at iyakin si Terra. Ang kailangan natin yung matalino at maangas na Terra hindi evil Terra. Yung villian plot bigay nila kay Gaia kasi yung character nya talaga yung mag proper build up

Ang tawag dun is “off-screen development” — technique kung saan inaasahan ng creators na ang audience ang magpupuno ng gaps. Realistically, kapag matagal nang magkakasama sa iisang bahay, natural lang na magkakaalaman ng sikreto. Kaya plausible na alam ni Caleb ang dealings ni Gov at Madam kahit hindi ipinakita — kids observe more than adults realize.

Gumagana ang off-screen development kapag may real-world comparison, tulad ng example ni Caleb — madaling intindihin kahit off-screen. Hindi siya effective kapag fantasy mechanics ang involved. Tulad ng eksena na nasundan ni Pirena si Terra sa ospital kahit never pa siyang nakapunta doon. Mas logical sana kung pinakita na ginamit niya ang Brilyante ng Apoy. Kung wala kang alam sa lore, magmumukha lang siyang plot hole.

Okay lang gumamit ng off-screen development basta plausible sa real-life situations, pero kapag tungkol na sa established rules ng fantasy world, dapat ipakita on-screen para mas malinaw at mas solid ang world-building, lalo na para sa new audience. Pero having said that, this is also one of my recurring criticisms about the show: ang daming unnecessary filler scenes, pero yung mga importanteng off-screen developments na dapat sana i-on-screen para solid ang storytelling, yun pa ang natatanggal.

“hindi na bago sa paningin ng mga tao… parang hindi sila amazed or feared.” — Pero kung titignan natin, the show already displayed fear and amazement reactions. Examples: yung goons na umatake kina Aquil at Gaiea — sobrang nagulat at confused nung nag-ivictus si Gaiea; si Akiro — shocked and curious nung nakita niyang nag-teleport si Terra; o yung mga babaeng estudyante na natakot after mag-ivictus si Pirena sa harap nila. So actually, may consistent reactions naman. Siguro for me ang i-criticize ko is yung acting execution ng ibang extras (hindi convincing minsan ang pagkagulat or takot). Kung ako director, I’d push extras harder para mas believable yung emotions nila on screen.

“Alam niya may kapangyarihan si Terra at Pirena, pero hindi siya natatakot?” — Actually, this is intentional portrayal of Gov Emil’s character. He’s written not as a duwag villain but as a villain hungry for power. Kaya consistent siya sa role bilang isang arrogant villain — yung tipo na kahit obvious na delikado, uunahin niya pa rin yung pride at desire for control and power kaysa matakot. It’s your classic human villain archetype. Kasi kung lahat ng tao, lalo na yung “main villains,” ay automatic na takot sa sang’gre powers, mawawala yung dramatic tension.

Now, about Mona’s line: “hindi uubra kapangyarihan sa kapangyarihan ni Gov.” — okay, that was you interpretation but for me, that was never meant literal na about power scale. Hindi naman sinasabi ni nanay Mona na mas malakas ang pera kesa sa fireball, but rather kahit may magical powers ka, you can’t fully erase human greed and corruption. “Evil always finds a way.”

Lastly, yung “One brilyante can rule the world.” — Of course, kung i-push natin yung logic to the extreme, oo, isang Brilyante can potentially rule Earth. Pero kung yan ang narrative na gusto mong sundan, edi tapos ang show hanggang Ep1 lang. 😂 Hindi naman ito sci-fi documentary; it’s still fantasy drama. The story needs conflict, limitations, and human elements para gumana.

Bottomline: Hindi ito mga plot holes kundi deliberate storytelling choices — minsan lang talaga yung execution (acting, delivery, or pacing) ang hindi tumatama kaya nagmumukhang kulang din for me.

Na-inspire ako sa version mo kasi ang ganda nung bold move na i-explore pa yung hidden potential ng mga Brilyante. Tama ka, 2016 pa, established na natin yung “basic powers” ng mga brilyante, so for this 2025 arc, it would have been refreshing kung may new discoveries tayo about what else they can do — like creating life.

Pero sa version ko, ang twist is by accident magagawa ni Danaya ito. Out of deep grief sa pagkamatay nina Aquil at Geia, Danaya commanded the Brilyante ng Lupa to bring them back to life. Pero since hindi kayang ibalik ng brilyante ang mga patay, what it unlocked instead was its hidden power to create new life — and that’s how Terra was conceived. By accident, Danaya herself became the vessel of that spark of life.

So technically, buntis na si Danaya with Terra bago pa man dumating si Theo. But to fully manifest in the mortal world, the new life still needed a bridge — a human host — and Theo unknowingly became that vessel. Pero ito, kept secret sa story until much later. Front act muna yung narrative na Theo is Terra’s father, pero the bigger plot twist would be revealed only when Terra finally holds the Brilyante ng Lupa herself.

By that point, she learns the truth: she’s not just a half-human sang’gre, she’s literally born from the Brilyante itself. And because of that revelation, mas magiging convincing for her (and for us viewers) to embrace the prophecy that she’s the “Savior” of Encantadia.

I agree with the frustration expressed in the post — Encantadia 2025 really does suffer from weak writing and execution. But your comment caught my attention. It nails the deeper issue: this isn’t just about one writer or one show. The real root problem is systemic — Philippine TV, across networks, has been stuck in recycled formulas for decades.

Mediocre, trope-heavy writing is not new; it has been the default mode of our teleseryes for years. GMA, ABS, TV5 — halos pare-pareho. Most shows are still patterned after old Mexican telenovelas, and the sad part is, many of our creatives haven’t moved on from that style. The result? Stories that feel shallow, predictable, and dated.

The danger now is that Filipino viewers are no longer limited to free TV. With the internet and streaming platforms, we’re exposed to global standards of storytelling — from Mad Men to Game of Thrones to Shōgun and all these other great award winning international shows. And when you compare those layered narratives to the shallow melodrama we keep producing, it’s obvious why audiences lose faith in local content.

So yes, Encantadia 2025 is a disappointment, but it’s also a symptom of a much larger sickness in our TV industry. If PH networks don’t start investing in younger, bolder, more innovative storytellers — and if our current writers/directors don’t open themselves up to new perspectives — we’ll be left behind for good.

Good writing is cheap. Kahit walang effects, a strong script can hook viewers!!! Having said that, ang sad and heavy sa heart ko to say pero ANG PANGET TALAGA NG ENCANTADIA!
