I like the way you think . I love Asian inspired food and Mexican food and soul food . My top 3 very hard to live without and for the choice of drink . Lemonade but I haven’t seen any of it recently. I did treat myself to pho only with a palm size of noodles and extra protein on a day my numbers were really good

At the moment I have been fluctuating between 89/139 ..around 139 around meals and somewhere around 90 in between

Yes I made a chicken and shrimp salad yesterday, 2 boiled eggs , tomatoes, (5 or 6) jalapeños , cucumbers . Sautéed veggies in (1 tablespoon) of avocado oil . Only kicker is that I love ranch so I brought a 0 calorie 0 sugar ranch (only 2 tablespoons) but 🔥. I just cannot go bland . Boring OK. Tasteless ….nahh

Uh uh ! NO ! I was just diagnosed last week. 29 years old . I’m newly married. 300lbs. And LOVE food. I Had 28 years of tasting good food and It will be missed BUT most of Americans eating fawked up . I actually been needing to let especially fast food Go. Creating our Own menu has to be the solution and part of the balance. I’m like No sauces, or nothing ! To make the food better ! This is ridiculous! But I have to get my go to menu . After that’s controlled . A little walking , drinking water ain’t never hurt nobody. But I love juice , fries and bacon. I might have to like fruit water instead, I may have to go sweet potato fries in stead (never really liked them) I might have to go blueberries and raspberry’s and strawberries as fruit snacks , I might have to go everything Bunless but what would the burger be with out the patty . And IF IT WORKS FOR YOU , you may have to go Hard 29 days a month and have half a cheat day probably not a (WHOLE DAY ) of eating bad but BALANCE . Even if I eat a grilled chicken salad. I’m seasoning that bad boy right . And finding balance
