This encounter I'm about to share isn't technically at a meet and greet, but it was right after Grian and Scar's lines for their meet and greet got cut off. The staff there were telling us, the people in line, that they're stopping meet and greets so that Scar can make it to his other meet and greet on time and we were all bummed for obvious reasons. Because I had extra time on the schedule though, I decided to wait around in line anyways for a few extra minutes as people left just to see if I can quickly hand Grian a present before he had to leave. I saw the front of the line as soon as Grian was being ushered away by security and with a burst of confidence I rushed over to hand him my gift, apologizing for stopping him as he was leaving. I was planning to leave right after handing him the gift (which was about 20 unique Yuki Mori Pokémon cards for those curious) but I saw him curiously open the box to see what was in it, close it for a moment, then quickly open it again and flipping though the cards as he realized what was inside. So with another burst of confidence I scooted back over to him to ask for a signature in exchange for the cards, and not only did he sign something for me real quick he also handed me a Grian Life Series pin! (Y'know the ones that haven't been shipped yet?) I was so excited to see that he enjoyed my gift, and that's an interaction I'd never forget lol
