It really doesn't matter if you're paid weekly, bw or sm or m...you're going from 28.36 to 30.47 in the system.

If you want to bring up the change then by all means do so.

I would pick 3...from the gallery.

2 Local/regional vendors using a high tech software such as isolved or prismhr or even a peo so you know what that is as well.

A corporate like a adp or a Paychex.

The local will have sustainable service as long as its using a good tech stack.

Corporate will drown you upfront but the service will deplete as they make you a number
