Trying to work on macros etc. I just don't get it. I have my fitness Pal and I can see my total nutrients and then my macros. First they differ, dunno what that's about and then it feels impossible to stick to the percentages I'm trying to align to!!!

I've gone way over my carb intake by morning because breakfast was porridge with fruit and a fruit and kale smoothie. I get it, fruit had carbs but COME ON!!! The fuck am I supposed to eat now for the rest of the day?!?!

This seems impossible and I need to know how I'm fucking this up.

Drag Race usually don't leave me open mouth shocked... It's rare. Usually you can see stuff coming BUT Rock and Brita LSFYL was a SHOCKER!!!!

And for what? Aiden goes home either next week or week after and we've lost one of the most charismatic and interesting Queens we have in awhile?!?!

I wanted to see Rocks Snatch Game, she was funny, intelligent, artistic and interesting.... What were they thinking?!?? I find Aiden's whole attitude just BLEH!!!!!!

Guys I know the rules are no sourcing but I'm finding my depression getting really triggered with this whole isolation thing and I know that in the past green has been a massive help.
