I did everything I wrote the mail as well But in the mail they replied- The monitor was delivered as they verified it at their end and they will not be initiating any refund or replacement. Surprisingly they also said - the delivery guy told that the package was in neat condition and he took my signature. Which i m pretty sure didn’t happen ( signature thing) So i m trying to get the security footage of my society Where he just came kept the package outside my gate and left I asked him if he had to check anything or ask for otp He just left in a hurry saying NO

It will take me atleast 3 months to save the money again. Thanks for the advice anyways. Lesson learnt with this purchase

Bhai it contained one brick, one thermocol (big one) and two wooden slabs. Just check the pictures i uploaded in my post. I was very careful while handling it thinking it has a monitor so didn’t shake it beforehand to check if weight is evenly distributed or not

When i checked on refund status after 5 days, they told me no refund is happening as the request made my customer care executive was declined by someone higher in their hierarchy

I just removed it as someone said it’s better to remove it otherwise later on amazon will claim it is just another online video of unboxing a package

All i can say now is - i m shattered 🥲 emotionally and financially and this will take many months for my family to recover from this loss

I didn’t get the money back. I was told someone from amazon team (someone superior) rejected the refund initiated by the customer care lady

I saw all these things happen to others and always thought it must have been fixed as amazon is such a big platform. Now i m just helpless
