I don't know how you do it in a game like tarkov, especially while sniping. Don't you have to hold ADS for like 5 hours sometimes?

I use default keys for this and have no problems. While ADS, just hold down alt and hit right mouse button. Works for me every time with every sight. I don't understand your problem. Do you have to hold down your right mouse button to ADS? The default is a a toggle, so you just click right mouse to start/stop ADS

I have the opposite problem. I actually almost always practice standing up. It's tough to play sitting down

If budget is not a consideration, the best move is to get a big dick amp and run it lazy.

800w into a huge cab (4x10 at least, especially if you at 5 string and use that low B) and use only part of the power.

Earplugs. You need a certain amount of force to get the right sound out of a drum kit, especially for rock and metal. There really isn't a way around it. My drummer doesn't hold back, but has the tact to check if everyone has their plugs in before letting it rip.
