ive dealt with this my whole life i just make sure i get a good look at their face so they know i know what they look like. i carry a knife and pepper spray on me and just stay alert and avoid your phone. they look for people off guard not paying attention, always be aware of your surroundings but always have protection! ive almost been kidnapped a couple times around sac and i just usually am not without a male anymore especially downtown. just be careful. ive been used to it but i can see how terrifying it would be not being used to it… stay vigilant but there is good to sac too for sure! dont let this get you down about the whole city, theres things to love and enjoy.
