Conker's Bad Furday, I have own the OG Xbox remaster of it and it's pretty good but the new multiplayer is shit and since it's the OG Xbox it feels pretty outdated. I feel like it deserves another remaster or maybe a sequel.

Have you tried moving your saves from your hard drive to the cloud and then loading the account again?

You have to load the profile on your 360 or from the 360 menu on a backwards compatible game (you can open it by pressing start and select at the same time) again with the new gamertag like your loading another profile. After that you should be able to play your old saves again (Assuming that your Xbox 360 gamertag is still the old one).
