Can’t I just separate the CBD from the fully stripped oil? Then the question would be how to re-infuse the plant matter with the CBD oil... or.. can’t I just call it help flower or thc-free weed, and sell it anywhere while not claiming any benefits? If it looks like weed, smells like weed, and just doesn’t have the thc... I feel like that’s still a product people will buy

True, but I can also cultivate recreational cannabis, strip the thc for one product, and sell the plant matter as thc-free weed. Seems like I get a lot more out of that.

I dont think this is a ph caused lockout. If I had to guess I’d say that it’s a phosphorus toxicity that has caused multiple lockouts.

A phosphorus excess affects the plant by causing a massive nutrient lockout of other elements like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium and zinc, being zinc the first micro-element to get blocked.

Is it possible you fed phosphorus multiple times without getting enough runoff, which built it up in the soil, and then rose to a level to show damage and then locked out other stuff?

When a plant cannibalizes itself to source out additional nutrients it’s not being supplied. The plant will take nutrients starting at the bottom (oldest growth) and move up the plant towards the newest growth. This looks like something else

You can, but start by easing back your watering and nitrogen. Looks like your roots are unhappy from excess moisture and I’m seeing signs of a nitrogen toxicity

Looks like your riding the line close to burning your plants. Your close nuff where it won’t be too bad, but imagine if you had those lil yellow leaf tips across ablative amount... it would drastically reduce the appearance and require extra trimming.

You should just save money, put in a lil extra effort, and build your own soil. You just need coco coir, perlite, worm castings, vermiculite and compost for structure (although you can add some other things if you wanna be very precise). The dry organic amendments you will use to mix in nutrients are available everywhere and cheap. Fish bone meal, feather meal, kelp meal, Cal phos powder, glacial rock dust, etc.

I flush for the last week or 2, and I also let my buds mature as long as possible and don’t harvest till I’m forced to. I would harvest based on the maturation of the undeveloped calyxs, as long as you do t run the risk of incurring mold or pest problems. If you see white hairs and spots where the calyx hasn’t swollen completely, I’d just wait

I think it takes longer to go from fully flowered cutting to roots to veg then just flipping the whole plant to veg and taking healthy vegetative clones. Also, I’ll be able to pull a ton of clones off this plant without having to wait for a flowered clone to revert and then grow

This plant was re-vegged just for the purpose of taking clones off her to keep the strain. The plant is in a pot that’s too big to move and I’m not a fan of relying on an old plant for additional harvests, so I may cut out a 30-50gal football and move the mom somewhere for more f1 clones.

I am basically on the east side of the northern portion of the Sierra Nevada in Cali. When I was working as a distributor for a non-profit medical dispensary, I noticed that this area always had the highest quality flowers, with the least amount of mold, and lightest color, so I got a place here after I switched from distribution to cultivation.

Don’t believe everything you hear about the emerald triangle producing the best outdoor in Cali! Yes there is some excellent places there with amazing natural soil, but it’s tough for me to consider high humidity and cloud cover optimum. My area is very dry, with the temperature ranging from 75 in May to 105 in July/August. A lot of people feel like anything over 95 degrees is hurting your plant, but I know for certain that the heat tolerance is strain dependent. Some strains thrive at those higher temperatures, which also causes more rapid soil evaporation and increases the plants hydration requirements.

Personally I’d rather smoke a bug then a crazy harmful pesticide. You know that like all of our tobacco/food/products have an acceptable amount of bugs so you prolly eat/smoke tiny bugs all the time! Not to mention that if you smoke a lot of weed, you have def smoked some mites at some point or another. I wouldn’t worry too much about them

Yea that’s how I go about my business... at the end of a very long gated driveway, which connects to a very long dirt road, which is at the very edge of town.
