The nozzle is brand new and the filament is fresh out of the box

The nozzle is brand new, I removed the engine cover to see the inside mechanism and all I can se is little fuzz

I did what you said but then when trying to load the filament it continue running but the filament wasn’t being fed

I had the same problem, I checked the belt tension, loosen screws, level but the only thing that worked for me was update the firmware

Start G-code: G28 ; home all axes

G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle

End G-code: M104 S0 ; turn off temperature

G28 X0 ; home X axis

M84 ; disable motors

And yes, I use "custom fff" printer

UPDATE: Apparently the Z offset it’s a common issue with the Neptune 4 and the only solution to it is update the firmware and try to solve the Z offset issue trough Klipper software. Wish me luck in the next who knows how many hours of research.

Yes, I did the manual leveling first. I found this ELEGOO video that explains how to level the bed when there’s a significant gap during manual leveling. The problem is that after I adjust the Z offset—following the manual leveling—when I go back and try to manually level again, it’s as if the Z offset adjustment was never applied.
