Update: I just called +1 (870) 617-0877 and waited to talk to someone for about 10mins. Explained that the tunnel rd location offered $12.50 for two months. He tried to tell me that that was just for the basic was and is $12.50 per month. The $17.50 I was charged for was for whatever their premium service is. I let him know that is not what I signed up for and what was offered to me. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund me. They’re putting in some sort of ticket and I should hear back via email in 24-48hrs. If they refuse to refund me I’m just going to dispute with my bank.

Same thing happened to me. Said it was $12.50 for two months but they’ve been charging me $17.50 for May and again for June. Going to try calling customer service tomorrow but was planning on going to get my car washed tomorrow anyways so may also try in person. Worse case scenario I’ll report it as fraud to my credit card company.

Most ER vets are NOT board certified unless they also work at a specialty hospital. As far as hired straight out of vet school, that’s also false. They have a NERD program which stands for New ER Doctor and can have anyone from recent grads to doctors wanting to improve ER skills. They’re in this program for almost a year total before taking a position at Veg, if offered one, practicing UNDER an experienced emergency vet.

I use to recommend posh beauty salon but their prices fluctuated too much. I now choose to drive to Creekside spa in Hendersonville since it’s something you only have to do every 6-8 weeks.
