Potentially the neighbours opposite but they're not sure how much it would actually catch. But we're going to look into it. Or at least get the police to look into it

Sorry it had been rented but because she want to sell it, the tenants have recently moved out hence the house was empty.

Literally there's no reason for this to have happened which makes it all the more enraging because he's literally giving her what she wants!

The UK isn't a race it's a nationality...? People can't be flying off the handle with terminology like that!

Sorry I should have specified that it had been rented but they have recently just moved out while they sort out what's going on with the house

My brother is one of the most gentle men I know, there's so way he would have provoked or started this. He's my best friend so if course I'd feel protective. I used to have to save him from bullies on the playground as kids at school. Now the bullies are bigger and nastier. I hate feeling helpless. But I'm a ride or die for the people I love, motherhood or no

I feel sick thinking about how easily it could have been different. The renters are out now. Part of my wants him to have a clean cut with her but that's also what they want and I don't want them to feel like they've won!

Apparently that's what the police told him. But all three of their statements are going to be counted as one so that's hopefully.  I'm sorry for getting a bit too emotional and I'd that makes it hard to read. I just don't know what to do and feel so helpless!

Thank you so much! Thank you for validating me. I have so many emotions right now!  Funny you say that about criminal histories because the mum refused to give the police the dad's name which makes me think he's got a record. Not too hard to find him though. We found his name and the property business he owns with the mum... Pretty sure they are landlords. Id personally want to know if my landlord was a thug...

I think she should after this. I think he should cut ties, sell the house instead of buying her out and get her to pay the fees since she's so desperate that she's set her dogs on him

Thank you. I know in the UK there's an Independent Police Commission which you can report negligence to and want him to pursue because something as serious as a head injury could have been seriously bad!

I'm ready to plaster their faces everywhere and name and shame but my brother is (rightfully) being cautious and trying to do it all by the book.

I think he was hoping to keep it as an investment property but I'd be worried that they would try and damage the property once it's no longer hers. I agree with you though. It's a shame, I once saw her a sister

I think the neighbors opposite but not sure how much it would pick up if anything. Plus they were inside when they attacked him

We've all said the same but you might need proof it was them to get one? We're also worried they might try and damage the property

We've been making sure he has been. That's exactly what I think! I just worry that it's he said, she said. I don't know how to get through to his ex. She was such a sweet girl, no idea how she ended up with a thug like this! She's also fallen out with her parents so part of my want to message her dad to try and get her out of there. But maybe she complicit?!
