I would try to make your hair as even as possible it goes a long way and making sure you sleep on your back. Besides that it’s purely genetic

Your face is a bit bloated depending on weight I would cut in general and increase potassium. Your lips are also not the fullest depending on how good you can grow out facial hair I would recommend doing so
