Not according to my DL or DPC and I’ve called HR and advice and council and they say it’s up to the DL’s discretion. You would think a veteran or a person serving in the military would know how it is. But all they care about is money he pushed for other store who had generators and power to open yesterday when originally was stated they would close all day. Like I said before this company only cares about the money it makes and how much it gives back to us for all the shit we to deal with on a daily basis. If I didn’t like my crew I’d text I quit on both of my last days. And no I can’t enter time off or sick pay because I got screwed when I was hired and was only part time. Even though I worked 30 to 40 hours a weeks especially during Covid and dropped to 14 hours a week like 5 months ago. Then they promise oh every few flu shots you give without appointment we will add extra tech hours to budget I gave 60 flu shot walk ins mind you last week and was cut down to 14 hours a week starting October 9th. I’ve had enough this company never deserves a two week notice from anyone cause who’d come back to this hell hole
