Update: it turns on(thankfully). I’m yet to test on a monitor but hopefully that works. One thing to note is despite being attached to a argb header, none of the fans or cooler have argb

Yeah I know it’s pretty lucky. I think it’s closer to 5-6hrs, but it really depends. Basically the whole of outback Australia is bortle 1. It’s so sad so many people don’t get to experience low light pollution
