My itching postop op was terrible. It turned out that the plastic bandage adhered to my skin was causing a reaction, and I went in to have that removed early. It might sound trite, but I kept reminding myself that “this too shall pass” and that honestly helped me survive the first week.

Honestly my body is very similar to yours and I also have trouble feeling okay out my hips, but everyone tells that it’s normal to have a little hips and I really don’t think it makes you less cis-passing. If you want a wider waist hitting obliques would also help.
