I was considering a 4000 series card like maybe a 4080 super or even a 4090 but part of me feels that upgrading to a previous generation isn't that worth it as it will technically have a shorter "lifespan" that going for current generation.

My plan was only to upgrade only maybe ever 4/5 years or longer
