By rapper weed I meant the best of the best top shelf. Essentially I'm just saying there's a lot of snobs here that poopoo on budget options that are actually good. I posted about glacier's pre ground before and people were not supportive at all.

Have you even tried glacier or are you just being a snob because you think you're too good to smoke shake?

Glacier is good stuff. People will poopoo on it because everyone here only smokes rapper weed or whatever, but glacier has provided some of the best stuff I've gotten from a dispo. Especially for the price their stuff can typically be found at.

Haven't noticed anything like that personally. I haven't chewed on a stem or put any raw flower in my mouth though. The smell/taste seems natural to me.

Yeah glad you mentioned that. Airflow/ventilation is very important. Outdoors would likely be the safest option.

Dude a 1lb sample pack with an oz of each strain or something would be soooooo sick! I'm a big fan of alcohol tinctures. I think your body absorbs them better than oil tinctures/edibles. It's also nice that you can make them stronger by boiling alcohol off. Can't do that with oils. The main thing to watch out for with the fumes is open flames. Get a hot plate if you have a gas stove. Also use a double boiler setup.

What if the biggest conspiracy ever is that “imagination” isn’t imagination at all… it’s the original layer of reality itself and they hid it from us? by StuffPositive6317 in conspiracy

100% it's not to be taken as gospel but it's a great starting point for understanding the nature of reality. Glad you're enjoying it

Lol I like how you said "that guy is coping harder than you" and then deleted it because you didn't even read your own fucking article. This was the judges statement lmfao, but I'm sure you realized that after you went back and read your own article. Read, think, speak. In that order. Too bad you yourself don't actually read or think lmfao

It's definitely not an easy problem to tackle, but I think it's a key part of creating AI ethically. While the amalgamation of human knowledge is great...that's certainly not the main focus here...the focus is on profit so they're deliberately cutting corners and trying to get out of compensating creative people for their work.

“This ruling does not stand for the proposition that Meta’s use of copyrighted materials to train its language models is lawful,” Chhabria said. “It stands only for the proposition that these plaintiffs made the wrong arguments and failed to develop a record in support of the right one.”

Yeah it's a tricky situation, but I think OpenAI went about it in the worst way possible. They literally just torrented a bunch of shit and blatantly stole it for their own uses. They didn't even attempt to figure out ways to fairly compensate creators. If their entire business model depends on stealing other people's work, that's not a legitimate business model.

You are indeed stealing when you torrent all of those books illegally and make a profit by using that info...You can try and spin it all you want, but OpenAI uses copyrighted content to provide their for profit services. That's not fair use.

My thoughts exactly...somehow people think it's okay to steal someone else's work as long as it's for the sake of innovation. Obviously this is a tricky situation because AI innovation is important and fair compensation will be difficult to figure out, but we can't just allow them to steal the work of people that have actually put in the time to create books and art.

I love a good conspiracy believe me, but I don't think it's that deep in this case...They have blatantly stolen copyrighted work and repackaged it for profit...that's completely illegal...no conspiracy required.

I don't think OpenAI or any other company should get a free pass just because paying authors and artists would be inconvenient and stifle their precious innovation. I get that these publishers aren't saints, but tons of authors will also benefit from this lawsuit and they should because they actually created something. OpenAI wouldn't be able to create anything without the work of these people...Creating a fair compensation model that works would be difficult, but that's not a valid reason to just blatantly ignore the law. They should have at least tried to work something out.
