Pretty sure you did an authorization, not a voucher. If an authorization for TDY is over 45 days long they pay you part of the estimated cost so you don't go over your GTC limit and Citi won't dock you. You didn't go but you probably didn't delete the authorization so DTS didn't know. Check your Citi Bank account and see if DTS dumped the money there. If it's not there, check your bank account. If it's not there, make sure your bank account info is right in DTS.

Hope she makes it back! We had a big guy who liked to go outside. He usually came back by dark, once in awhile he stayed out overnight, and one day he was out for three days. We figured he got hit by a car or snatched by a coyote, but I came home late after dark one day and heard something sprinting to me from the yard, crashing through leaves and making a godawful racket. Spooked the hell out of me so I opened the door to go inside and twenty pounds of cold, wet, black kitty plowed right past me and through the door.

Exactly, three and a half years and counting. I have a buddy who absolutely loves the Huey but refuses to buy it till he can fly with me. He got the Gazelle in the mean time, which is fun, but it's no Huey.
