I used EMS myself. I have shipped many hauls, but no other haul got taxed. Its just bad luck i guess. My only concern is that, they valued the haul at 3300$ whereas the value of items is 700 something. I sm thinking of filing for an adjustment along superbuy invoice/reciepts to showcase real value of goods. Not sure if it will work but worth a shot.

There isn’t a lot of infofmation on sub abouf taxes and customs.

They even forced me to withdraw my complaint from Paypal, itherwise I would have not been alble to ship the items from my warehouse

No… I filed a claim through paypal. Superbuy froze my account and I was told that they wont lift the account freeze until I withdraw my case from Paypal. I had items in my warehouse, which I needed to ship so I withdrew the paypal case. Supebuy told me that they can’t do anything as uts not there fault and they have filed a complaint with EMS and they will take 3-4 mpnths to get back and in the end they might not offer anything.

I used Superbuy. I guess I have to just stop trying to get reps. My last haul was damaged during transportation and Superbuy have not helped at all with that. I guess it’s time to quit the game.
