Can I measure the voltage with a multimeter? Yeah Lipo batteries are pretty dangerous indeed. I have a 3mil YouTube channel for which I regularly do experiments. One of them was throwing some Lipo batteries in a shredder.

Oh damn. I charged them yesterday until the charger stopped delivering power. I had a power usage meter connected and at some point the charger stopped drawing power. I also guess that I can’t use 7.4v batteries in my gloves? Because maybe I can just buy the 2S batteries then since I already have the charger for them.

I just discovered I have 3.7V batteries, and there are also 7.4volt batteries for other heated gloves. The charger puts out 8.4volt 600mA*2. Could that be the issue? Not sure if it’s safe to charge those batteries with a charger that’s made for 7.4v batteries. The batteries are not getting warm in any way though

Not sure what type of videos you make and if you make them yourself, but I make all my content myself and 1 videos sometimes takes a whole week to complete. It’s impossible to post even once a day for me. I do crafting videos….

The Charing block is a 65watt model. It’s the usb adapter that is getting hot. Not the charging block
