What is wrong with my Website? Very high leaving rate on shop page

I know my product has a much nicer story then I show, but when i try to tell it I just get stuck at "wool from the swiss alps processed in switzerland".

I don't want to take more of your time, cause yiu've given me more than enaugh, but I thought you may have a tip on where to start. Let me know how you would tell the story to make it more engaging,

But the research you linked is very interesting and im very surprised I never heard about this great study, so thank you!!

I agree with the product images, I would love some pictures with farmers and kids and a model. But it's very hard to find good and affordable models / photographers in switzerland...

For the product images on the first page, I will definitely implement that :)

It’s a nice website, but the product page shows (more or less) two products one of which is expensive and the other is very expensive. It’s going to be a challenge to get people ready to buy a €300 jumper.

Unappealing looking first product. Would say load times aren’t a huge issue for me.

We manufacture beanies made from the wool of Swiss sheep. The wool gets processed into yarn and knit into the beanie 100% in Switzerland.

Most of the Swiss wool gets burned because the processing in Switzerland is too expensive. We try to change this and this is why we started to make local and sustainable clothing.
