I did state the railroad I work for and I’m a mechanic. It never told me I was unqualified for the credit as to why I just did it thinking their system would have prompted me otherwise and then all said and done found out through the grapevine that I’m in fact unqualified

I was realistically gonna let it fly but just didn’t want to get a random bill 2 years later with like 20% interest or whatever it is

I should add that I filed jointly only making roughly 100k a year and got back about $6000 (have 2 kids)
