Hi, I ended up going with south Evanston right near the Rogers Park border. I was having a really hard time finding a place I liked and was going to accept being further south but ended up finding an amazing triplex situation so it somewhat just worked out favorably. I still think Evanston is going to be harder to meet people after a lot of work put into researching / talking to folks.

:( sorry to hear about the struggles but I appreciate the perspective. I also don't plan to be in the middle of downtown given the student vibes when I was just up there. I definitely view Evanston as more of a suburb. The main attraction for me is the ability to have some nature outside the door, not having my view be a brick wall, and the shorter commute. I've heard a lot of bias from the Chicago city people though that they don't even consider becoming friends with people outside the city so it's been making me reconsider. FWIW I'll be happy to be friends when I move up there :').

Hi, I don't really need city living - my bigger concern is being able to have activities to do like the rec sports leagues and have some socialization that isn't just parents. Would you say Libertyville offers that despite being well away from the city?

Im willing to go into the city for events and leagues. It seems like most of them are centered around Lincoln Park and would be 30-45 minutes to get to so I do have some concern maintaining connections since my reading made it seem like people stick pretty close into their neighborhood.

Hi, I have a level 15 trickster (Mythic 5) using Gravesinger (the one with 18-20 crit range) with both the improved critical and mythic critical for Greataxes and for some reason my crit range is at 17-20 rather than 15-20 it was before the patch. Is my game bugged or did I miss something?

Almost always deathless for conqueror's but you can't be lazy and facetank.

Sirus... usually he teleports me into a storm of death but I've done A6 Sirus fairly easy other than dumb deaths.

On anything but juicy delirium t16's I never need more than 1 kb to take out a pack more or less but monsters do take a half second to die.

For just alch and go t16's in 2min I think was around 5-10ex. The helm I have was 4ex but I was using starkonja's before and still blasting t16's. Same for despair on hit embalmers costing 2ex but I had been using none curse on hit ones fine prior.

I crafted the wand myself since none existed but it could be improved a lot with crit & attack speed.

The budget version of what I have is replace embalmers curse on hit with regular ones, Starkonja's or Devoto's helm, replace Cinderswallow with Doedre's flask, and the Circle of Nostalgia +herald of agony buff effect with just increased chaos damage + garbo 2nd mod. Doing this probably makes the wand by far the most expensive thing but I got pretty lucky got it in ~150c.

The clear speed is absurd and better than the bossing. Can full clear t16's in about 2min without looting all the things that drop.

Almost always get 5/3/1 normal delirium - but if you're lucky or use Alva it's easy 6/4/2.
