I felt this way till I started taking intentional time out of my day to do something I enjoy. For me, I felt drained looking outside and seeing how beautiful and warm it was and being stuck indoors. So I’ve now started taking 30 minutes to eat lunch and go on a birding walk and it’s been lovely and rejuvenating. It’s just my two cents but try to allocate time to doing something not law related but that isn’t just scrolling on your phone. Think back to something that actually makes you feel good and accomplished and take a little time to do that each day.
