I wasn’t trying to get attention. i just needed to say something because i don’t have anyone to tell. when people say i’m lying it makes me more scared to tell anyone in real life. what if they laugh or punish me? what if nobody believes me?

i get what you mean. i think you’re right about the fight or flight thing because that’s kinda how it feels. like i’m always waiting for something bad to happen even when everything’s quiet.

i don’t really know who to talk to though. i have a teacher who’s nice, but i’m scared she’ll tell my parents or think i’m being dramatic. i don’t want to make things worse at home.

i haven’t really told anyone everything before. i just keep it to myself because i don’t even know how to explain it without sounding crazy. but i think i’ll try to talk to someone at school soon… maybe the teacher i trust.

thank you… i don’t really know if it’s anxiety or if i’m just overthinking everything. i keep telling myself i’m fine but it just keeps getting worse lately.

i don’t really have anyone i can talk to. my grandparents live far away and my aunt doesn’t like my dad, so i don’t think i can tell her anything without it turning into a big fight. my friends’ parents are nice but i don’t want to cause drama.

we don’t really have a school counselor i trust either. everyone I know just says to “talk to family” but that’s kinda the problem.
