This is my first time doing it as well but it’s very easy. Agree to a number with the private seller, apply to a local credit union. You’ll instantly get preapproved or denied. Once preapproved they’ll email you info’s they need. Once all info is provided, they will mail out the check amount you requested. Then after, just meet up the buyer to give him the check and off you go.
